I love these boots. I never wear heals on any kind because of back probkems. While the insole may be a bit hard I removed the insert out of an old pair of sneakers and just slid them in......Perfect. The first time I wore them I went out dancing for 4hrs. They did not hurt at all, no blisters or sore feet. My back wasn't killing me either. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the leather was kind of dry and one looked like it was a display in a store. Luckily my husband is ex military and had all the stuff to polish them up. They looked brand new and I've gotten tons of complements.
