The boot seems to be well-made. The fit was as expected, though they seemed to run a little on the narrow side. They were not tight, but I tried them on with a lighter-weight sock. However, the boot laces down to the toe box, which gives you the ability to adjust the fit to your liking. I wore the boots on a 40-minute test walk right out of the box. They were supportive and comfortable. There was no rubbing or slipping.
