I bought these on a hunch and I could not be happier. They are comfortable and beautiful. It is true that the ankle part is not sturdy but this is exactly what I was looking for. They run true to size in my case. I am a size 40 EU which is a 9 in US equivalent. I ordered half a size up (9.5) which is good if one will wear heavy socks with them. To wear during summer time I should have requested the 9. But this I will leave for the next time. I also love that they are not lined in shearling. Like I said this is what I was looking for. Trendy, funky, yet elegant and with attitude. They are great!
