These socks are thicker than my usual ones, and don't slip down into my shoes during my walks. The thickness cushions my feet well, so no more sore feet.Nice ,soft and i love the tab on the back to keep them from slipping down . Not thin to where they will wear outWhen I saw this product I thought by the look of them that they would breathe better but they don't breathe what seems at all. they're quite thick and stylish. They will make a really good ankle sock during the winter but I wouldn't go as far as calling these athletic style.
